There are two things you can buy here, and they are priced differently. The annual growth plan is quoted in writing for each company, after a first conversation, because its scope depends on how complex your business is. Ongoing marketing, if you want the plan carried out for you, uses the published HVAC.Agency plans, which start at $2,998 per month. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST or HST at their province's rate.

The annual growth plan: quoted in writing
There is no published price for the growth plan, and we would rather explain why than invent one. The work ranges from a focused plan for a two-truck furnace shop to a multi-line plan for a company with boilers, furnaces and heat pumps across several regions. Your written quote lists the chapters included, the data we will need, the schedule and the total, before you agree to anything.
What drives the quote
- Number of job lines. Furnaces only is simpler than furnaces, boilers and heat pumps, each with its own calendar and margins.
- Number of regions. A company working in two provinces needs two fuel-switching outlooks and often two demand calendars.
- State of your records. Clean dispatch and invoice exports save time. Paper records and memory take longer to turn into a baseline.
- Depth on each chapter. A working version of every chapter is standard. A detailed capacity model for a hiring decision, or a full agreement-base clean-up, adds work.
- Checkpoint support. Some owners want the plan only; others want us to review it with them at each checkpoint during the year.
Ongoing marketing: the HVAC.Agency plans
If you want the marketing in your plan run for you, these are the published monthly plans from HVAC.Agency pricing:
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | The foundations: a site whose service pages are built for search, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, an entry-level Google and Meta ads setup, hosting and upkeep, and a report each month |
| Growth | $4,498/month | Starter's scope, with deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation, and reports every week |
| Elite | $8,998/month | Growth's scope, adding video, PR outreach, an account manager of your own, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs |
Websites are also available as one-time projects: Essential from $3,500 (5–7 pages, plus $149/month hosting and maintenance), Professional at $6,500 (10–15 pages, plus $249/month) and Enterprise at $12,500 (unlimited pages and locations, plus $449/month). Plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card and no lock-in.
How to choose
Use your plan to decide, not the price table. Three rules of thumb:
- If the capacity chapter shows you are already full in peak months, you may need little paid marketing. Spend on agreements and shoulder-season work instead, which a Starter plan or your own team can handle.
- If the plan calls for several channels across different job lines, such as a heat-pump campaign alongside furnace replacement and agreement renewals, the Growth plan's multi-channel scope fits better.
- If you run several locations or regions with separate targets, the Elite plan's dashboard and strategy calls match the reporting a multi-region plan needs.
The marketing budget chapter gives you the monthly budget your capacity supports, which is a far more reliable guide to how much marketing to buy from anyone.
A worked comparison
Say your plan targets 60 extra replacement installs next year, each leaving about $3,000 in gross profit after equipment and labour. That is $180,000 in added gross profit. A Starter plan for twelve months costs $35,976 before GST/HST, plus whatever ad spend the plan sets. If the plan's assumptions hold, the marketing pays for itself several times over; if they do not, the checkpoints show it within a few months. The figures here are an illustration. Your plan uses your own margins.
What is confirmed in writing
Everything that affects what you pay is written into your proposal: the scope, the schedule, the price, the term and the notice period. If something is not in the proposal, it is not part of the deal. To start, read about the written annual growth plan, then call, text or email. The contact page lists what to include.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the growth plan not listed at a fixed price?
Because the work varies more than a price list can show. A single-location furnace company with clean records needs far less analysis than a multi-line company working across two provinces. A written quote reflects what your plan actually involves.
Is there anything free before I commit?
Yes. HVAC.Agency offers a 7-day free trial covering a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST depends on your province.
Do I have to buy a marketing plan to get a growth plan?
No. The growth plan stands on its own. You can run its recommendations with your own team or any provider you choose.
Are there setup fees or long contracts?
Every term, including length, notice and anything payable at the start, is written into your proposal before you agree to anything. If a term is not in writing, it does not apply.
