Talk to us about next year's plan

Call, text or email during our hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. A few numbers from last season make the first conversation far more useful.

The quickest way to start is to call, text or email. You will reach a senior strategist, not a call centre. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every channel below goes to the same small team, so choose whichever suits your day.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Three ways to reach us

Call

Call (604) 632-4959. A call is best if you want to talk through last season while it is fresh, or if you are weighing a decision with a deadline, such as a hire before the fall.

Text

Text (604) 632-4959. Texting suits owners who are on a job site most of the day. A short text with your company name and province is enough, and we will reply when you are more likely to be free.

Email

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Email is best if you want to send figures or attach a report. Do not send customer personal information; summaries and totals are all we need at this stage.

What to include in your message

A short message with the right facts gets a much better first answer. Copy this template and fill in what you can:

  • Company name: [Business name]
  • Province and main communities served: [Province], [City]
  • Job lines: [furnaces / boilers / heat pumps / other]
  • Installs last year, roughly: [number], and the busiest months: [months]
  • Install crews and service technicians: [number] and [number]
  • Service-agreement members, roughly: [number]
  • What went wrong last season, in one line: [for example, missed calls in November]
  • Best time to reach you: [time]

If you do not know a number, say so. Gaps are normal, and finding them is part of the work.

What happens next

  1. We reply. Usually within one business day, to arrange a first conversation by phone at a time that suits you.
  2. We talk it through. We ask about last season, your crews and your goals, and tell you honestly whether a written plan is the right next step. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
  3. You get a written quote. If a plan makes sense, we send a proposal with the chapters included, the data needed, the schedule and the price. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.

If you want to understand the deliverable first, read about the written annual growth plan.

Before you get in touch

A few things help set expectations:

  • We are not a heating contractor. We cannot send a technician or quote a repair or install. If you are a homeowner looking for heating service, please contact a licensed local company.
  • We work across Canada. Meet us in person or by video call, or use phone, text and email, so your location is no obstacle. See the areas we cover.
  • Pricing is explained openly. The growth plan is quoted in writing; ongoing marketing uses published plans. The pricing page has the details.
  • We only email people who contact us first. We do not add you to any list.

Questions about working with us

Owners often ask whether they need clean data before calling. You do not. Most heating companies run on a mix of software exports, spreadsheets and memory, and the first part of the work is turning that into a baseline.

Others ask whether they should wait until after the season. If you are in the middle of the fall rush, a short first call now and a fuller conversation in the new year works well. The season you are living through is the richest data you will ever have, so note what goes wrong as it happens.

Finally, some owners want to know what happens if the plan shows they are not ready to grow. Then the plan says that, and says what to fix first, usually capacity or agreements. That is still a useful plan. The FAQ covers more questions about scope, ownership and results.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after I get in touch?

A senior strategist replies, usually within one business day, and arranges a first conversation by phone. We ask about last season and what you want next year to look like, then tell you whether a plan makes sense and what it would involve.

Do I need to prepare anything before the first call?

No, but a few rough numbers help: installs last year, roughly when they happened, your crew count and how many agreement members you have. Estimates are fine.

Will I be billed for the first conversation?

Nothing is billed unless you accept a written quote. The first conversation is for working out whether a plan makes sense; if it does, the scope and price come to you in writing before any work starts.

Can I just send my files?

You can, by email, but it is better to talk first so we can tell you which exports matter and which you can skip. That saves you time gathering records nobody will use.
